    A luxuriant and worthy successor to the 2010 vintage, whose lustrous if slightly closed bouquet of cassis, small red fruits and polished cedar/vanilla oak overlies nuances of dried herbs and a hint of roasting pan juices. It steadily unfolds layers of small dark and red berries, fresh fine-grained oak influence and drying, ultra-fine, oak-derived tannins, finishing supremely long and persistent with a refreshing acidity. More supple and elegant than previous releases under this label, but with exceptional cellaring potential.
