Long and refined, its remarkably clear flavours of citrus and melon are underpinned by a powdery minerality, finishing with genuine focus and balance.
A streamlined and briny chardonnay with a complex, developing bouquet whose lightly floral scents of peach, nectarine and creamy, buttery oak reveal nuances of spice and mineral. Long and creamy, with some waxy, candied aspects, its flavours of lemon, grapefruit and melon overlie a fine, brittle undercarriage, finishing with length, focus and a tangy, lemony acidity.
Reminiscent of PenfoldsÕ Yattarna in style, with a delicate floral bouquet of white peach, guava, citrus oil and nutty yeast-derived notes backed by fresh vanilla oak. ItÕs long and reserved with a smooth, unctuous core of flavour and tightly knit oak astride a bracing, focused spine of acidity. It finishes with freshness and balance.
