Generous, creamy and ready to enjoy, with a rich, buttery and slightly toffee-like bouquet backed by melon and citrus fruit with nuances of lanolin, meaty autolytic notes and a hint of apple. Round and generous, perhaps dominated by its peachy and melon chardonnay flavours, it finishes with lingering soft grapefruit-like and lemony acids.
Long, stylish and very complete, with a nutty fragrance of dried flowers, cracked yeast and bakery aromas beneath bright scents of melon, peach, brioche and wheatmeal. With a fine, crackly bead, its evolving palate of vibrant berry and stonefruit flavour is augmented by nutty, creamy autolytic textures and complexity, finishing long, lean and focused with a faint sweetness neatly balanced by a crunchy lemony acidity.
Stylish and fruit-focused, with a fresh, slightly waxy and floral bouquet of citrus, melon and grapefruit backed by suggestions of wax and lanolin. Long and crackly, its crunchy palate of tangy stonefruit and citrus flavours, restrained creamy, nutty leesy notes and bright acidity culminates in a refreshingly brittle finish.
This complex and savoury sparkling wine has a floral, musky bouquet whose buttery, toasty aromas of brioche and bakery yeasts precede a long, fluffy and willowy palate with a creamy, crackly mousse and crystalline flavours of melon, grapefruit and lime juice tightly focused around a refreshing, crunchy acidity and a lingering minerality.
An elegant, finely balanced sparkling wine whose creamy, nutty and floral perfume of cherries, raspberries and creamy, peachy undertones precedes a smooth, fine-beaded palate of medium to full body that extends over a fine chalkiness towards a lingering, taut and supple finish of restrained fruit and taut acidity.
