Underpinned by a fine extract of chalky, crunchy tannins, itÕs long and finely balanced, finishing with a dark note of mineral and a suggestion of mint.
Finely crafted, elegant and chalky, this evolving shiraz has a meaty, spicy bouquet of briary small dark berries, dark chocolate and licorice with suggestions of underbrush, five spice, nutmeg and cedar. ItÕs tightly beaded, with a restrained but vibrant presence of dark plums, blackberries and redcurrants underpinned by fine, crunchy tannins. It finishes savoury, with a lingering presence of dark fruits but without exceptional length.
Pristine and perfectly balanced, with a smoky, floral and peppery bouquet of cassis, plums and chocolate/mocha oak with gamey, briary complexity and undertones of minerals and cola. ItÕs sumptuous and deeply flavoured, with a tight-knit, chalky palate of bright black and blue fruits backed by meaty, gamey complexity, finishing with exceptional length and freshness.
Laced with aromas with blue and red flowers, musky spices and a whiff of cola, this finely crafted, three-dimensional sparkling shiraz is scented with wild, earthy and smoky aromas of blackberries, dark plums, briar and dark chocolates with meaty, leathery and minerals undertones. ItÕs long and fine-grained, building in richness and intensity towards a lingering, savoury finish of dark berries, graphite and licorice.
Deeply fragrant, with pristine aromas of cassis, mulberries, blackberries and dark plums laced with a sweet, heady perfume of violets, pepper and musky spices and backed by scents of cedary oak, saddlery plus a hint of bitumen. ItÕs remarkably long and elegant, with a translucent core of penetrative black and blue berries, dark cherries and fine, powdery tannins enlivened by a fresh, crackly bead and a vivacious acidity. The finest release for many years of this benchmark wine.
An elegant, maturing and leathery shiraz whose spicy, peppery fragrance of briary small red berries, blackberries and cedar are lifted by a faint muskiness. Smooth and elegant, with plummy, faintly pruney and raisined fruit backed by nuances of chocolate, baked earth and dusty herbal notes, it finishes long and savoury, with lingering notes of slightly dried fruit, cola and baked earth.
An outstanding example of this wine whose spicy, peppery fragrances of bright blackberry, blueberry, cassis and dark plum aromas are underpinned by suggestions of chocolate, musky spices and earthy, meaty nuances. ItÕs full to medium-bodied, with a fine, crunchy bead and a smooth, luscious presence of ripe cassis, blackberries, gamey complexity, dark chocolate and plums supported by a fine, chalky and almost mineral spine. It finishes long and savoury, with lingering flavours of dark berries and blood plums and a faint sweetness balanced by refreshing acids.

Brightly lit, this lean, refreshing early-drinking blend has rather a pungent, spicy and faintly meaty bouquet of dark plums, cherries and blueberries lifted by sweet floral scents and backed by earthy, figgy undertones. It’s lean and elegant, with piercing flavours of dark berries, plums and cherries freshly wrapped in a bright acidity, finishing with length and focus.
