Elegant and linear, with a classical Clare Valley fragrance of lime juice, lemon rind and a hint of peach lifted by scents of white flowers and a whiff of spice. ItÕs long and taut with a tightly focused, tangy core of citrusy fruit shaped by an austere acidity along a fine, dusty spine towards a brisk and refreshing finish. Stylish and complete.
Classically long and dry; with vibrant, pear, apple and lime juice flavour.

A delicate, evolving perfume of pear and apple, with restrained undertones of dusty vanilla oak, dried flowers, lemon rind and talcum powder. Supple and savoury, it’s restrained and nutty despite some evident alcoholic warmth. Finishes long and persistent, with a suggestion of matchstick.
Herbal and confectionery aromas of tropical fruits and peach overlie herbal, estery nuances. Juicy and generous, with intense forward flavours of melon and grapefruit, it becomes greener, more cloying and herbaceous down the palate, finishing with pleasing nutty and savoury qualities but also a hint of tinned fruit.
Another superlative Tiers release which simultaneously manages to be sumptuous powerful but restrained and focused. its superbly long palate built around brightly flavoured and mouthfilling peach/melon/fig fruit is enhanced by malolactic and lees contact influences and sweet, buttery oak, before a long mineral finish.
