Its forward presence of blueberries, blackcurrants, blackberries and briar is plush and juicy, supported by fine, cedary oak and a firm, crunchy spine, although it does finish with raw, greenish dms-like edges.
Very stylish and elegant, with a dusty, cedary bouquet of small red and black berries, mulberries and a delicate scent of violets backed by nuances of dried herbs. ItÕs long and tightly knit, medium to full in weight, with an even presence of bright, evenly ripened fruit seamlessly entwined with stylish oak and a fine, dusty spine of drying tannins, extending with harmony and focus towards a finish of mouthwatering acidity.
A more herbal expression of cabernet whose delicate floral perfume reveals dark plums, cassis and red cherries lifted by floral and menthol-like scents and a hint of bell pepper. ItÕs smooth and supple Ð an elegant, ultra fine-grained cabernet whose intense flavours of small berries, dark cherries and plums open up very slowly, revealing a fine, powdery structure, a charming length and an acidity that will lose its greenish edges with time on the bottle.
A plush, ripe but artfully balanced and structured cabernet whose dusty, cedary bouquet of cassis, mulberries, dark plums and fresh new French oak reveals a whiff of dried herbs. Supported by a firm spine of fine, gravelly tannins, itÕs poised and polished, with a core of evenly ripened fruit extending with exceptional length and drive towards a measured finish of refreshing acidity. A really smart wine and the best under this label since 2002.

Medium to fullish in weight, this briary, wild and savoury blend has an appealingly peppery fragrance of black and blue berries, dark plums and gentle cedar/vanilla oak backed by a whiff of chocolate. Its luscious, jujube-like presence of vibrant fruit is supported by a fine, pliant spine, extending long and juicy towards a sour-edged finish.
Delightfully intense and vivacious, with a bright floral fragrance of dark plums, blueberries, blackberries and restrained oak lifted by a whiff of spice. ItÕs long and juicy, soft and smooth, with a vibrant, supple core of flavour that moves long and gentle towards a lingering and lively finish.
Spicy and faintly meaty, with a briary, faintly jammy and currant-like presence of briary dark plums and berries overlying a fine, drying gravelly spine. Perhaps a fraction baked and forward, just lacking genuine drive down the palate.
