Supremely elegant, balanced and complete, with a heady, floral bouquet of fresh grapefruit, lime juice and apple laced with spices and suggestions of minerals. ItÕs long and gentle, supple and delicate, an exercise in controlled power as its initially fine and reserved palate builds towards a crescendo of flavour. Underpinned by a fine, silky extract and chalky phenolics, itÕs long and very laid back, finishing with perfectly integrated acids and a remarkable length of fruit.
A fine, stylish and tightly focused riesling whose lavender-like fragrance of apple, pear and lime juice are lifted by a fragrant whiff of white flowers. ItÕs long and supple, with piercingly fresh and translucent flavours of apple, lime and lemon supported by a fine, dusty undercarriage. It finishes long and limey, with a tangy acidity and a lemon pith-like note.
Finely honed and tightly balanced, itÕs scented with aromas of white flowers, lime juice, tangerine and lemon rind backed by a fine chalkiness. Wrapped in a nervy acidity, itÕs taut and sculpted, with a piercing core of lemon, lime, apple and pear-like fruit extending long, brittle and penetrative.
Very stylish and generous, with a delicate, slightly subdued floral perfume scented with lime, lemon, apple and pear. Beginning to reveal some smoky, toasty complexity, itÕs classically long and austere, with a mouthfilling but shapely core of apple, pear, white peach and lemony fruit that culminates in a crisp, citrusy acidity, finishing with genuine definition and focus.
Reminiscent of some of the Polish Hills of yesteryear, this tightly focused and deeply layered riesling reveals a piercingly fragrant bouquet of lime juice, lavender, white peach, pear and apple underpinned by suggestions of chalk dust and tropical fruit. ItÕs mouth-wateringly flavoured with layers of fruit and chalkiness, coating the palate towards its trim, taut and almost bone-dry finish of searingly fresh, nervy citrusy acids. Wonderfully balanced and complete Ð a true long-term style of purity and texture.

Penetrative, pure and floral, itÕs translucently bright, with pristine scents of lime juice, apple skin and tropical melon notes lifted by a perfume of white flowers. Long, steely and bone-dry, itÕs penetrative and tightly coiled, with a long, generous palate that drives long, fine and elegant over a pithy texture towards a brisk, brittle acidity, finishing with shape and austerity.
Translucent, stony notes of lime, pear and apple lifted by scents of white and yellow flowers; long and luscious, taut and shapely.
Bright, faintly candied and oily scents of lemon drop and yellow peach; juicy, smooth and generous, itÕs long, concentrated and faintly chalky, finishing bone dry and tightly focused around brittle lemony acids and a hint of mineral.
