Well made, elegant and refreshing, this is a fine contemporary Australian chardonnay whose lightly herbal aromas of white peach, grapefruit and nectarine overlie cashew and vanilla oak influences. Long, fine and savoury, its vibrant and spotlessly clean palate of melon and stonefruit flavour has a delightfully fluffy texture and finishes with balance and brightness.
Soft, fresh and fruit-driven, this lively young chardonnay marries delicate citrus, peach, cashew and melon flavour with restrained butter/vanilla oak, before a soft and refreshing finish.
Rather broad and heavy-handed for its modest weight of fruit, this soft and buttery chardonnay has a lightly honeyed bouquet of lemon, stonefruit and buttery vanilla oak. Slightly oily, its syrupy palate of peach, melon, grilled nuts and sweet oak finishes moderately long, with gentle acids.
A simple, juicy chardonnay whose slightly grassy, green edged and sauvignon blanc-like expression of quince, pineapple and tropical fruit finishes rather short, with a butyric presence.
