A moderately firm red that just lacks richness and depth of fruit. Its rather herbal, lightly minty aromas of cranberry jam, dark plums and cedary oak overlie herbal, meaty and greenish elements. Medium in weight, with a chalky undercarriage, its initially confection-like expression of dark plum and cassis-like fruit becomes meaty and savoury as it dries out towards the finish.
Complete, elegant and fine-grained, this is a stylish and well-priced wine with pleasing balance and integrity. Restrained aromas of dark berries, plums and cherries overlie dusty scents of cloves and white pepper and a restrained background of cedar/vanilla oak. Long and neatly balanced, its smooth, polished palate of juicy dark plum and blackberry and blueberry fruit is sweet-centred and knit with fine grainy tannins.
Sweetly fruited, with fresh cassis, blackberry and plum-like fruit backed by lightly toasty cedar/vanilla oak, suggestions of spearmint and fine, dusty tannin, this smooth, supple and approachable red blend of medium weight finishes long, fresh and flavoursome.
A short to medium-term, ripe and juicy young red with a floral and lightly spicy and peppery fragrance of sweet black, red and blue berries, plums and fresh cedar/chocolate oak. Medium to full-bodied, its smooth, moderately long and approachable, with a juicy, jujube-like expression of sweet berries and plums and vanilla oak supported by a fine, dusty chassis.
Charmingly bright and balanced, with a peppery fragrance of sweet black and red berries, dried herbs and dark cherries lifted by floral aromatics and backed by lightly smoky mocha/vanilla oak. Medium in weight, itÕs smooth and supple, with a long, lively presence of fruit and creamy, chocolatey oak tightly knit with dusty, loose-knit tannin. It finishes with spicy, savoury elements.
Stylish and elegant, smooth and creamy, with a sweet, confiture-like bouquet of raspberries, cherries, cassis and mulberries backed by a whiff of spice and restrained smoky cedar/chocolate oak. Medium-weight, with a bright, juicy expression of fresh, bright small berries, cedar/vanilla oak and tightly knit, supple tannins, it finishes with lingering fruit and soft acids.
A spicy, faintly meaty fragrance of cassis, dark cherries, plums and polished oak is lifted by a perfume of violets, cloves and white pepper. Medium to full-bodied, itÕs long and intensity flavoured with dark, juicy fruit and cedar/vanilla oak tightly drilled around a fine, linear and chalky backbone. It finishes with a fine balance of soft acids and a lingering dusty note of dried herbs.
Dusty aromas of small black berries, white pepper and cedar/chocolate oak reveal a hint of graphite. Long and lean, its sinewy and faintly sour-edged presence of dark plums and blackberries extracts sweetness from smoky oak, finishing slightly sappy and cola-like, with greenish edges.
Elegant and supple, this charmingly smooth and flavoursome blend has a sweet fragrance of cassis, mulberries, dark plums and restrained suggestions of older oak backed by notes of drier herbs and white pepper. Its vibrant, polished dark-fruited palate is supported by a pliant spine of dusty tannins, finishing with brightness and freshness. Ready to enjoy.
Pristine and floral, with juicy aromas of cassis, raspberries, fresh cedar/vanilla oak and a whiff of pepper. Open and approachable, with vibrant fruit, fresh oak and polished, smooth tannins, it finishes long and finely balanced.
Slightly baked, with some dusty dried herbal undertones, lacks a genuine core of fruit.
