Long and elegant, with a typically reserved and layered presence of melon, grapefruit, peach backed by waxy, meaty nuances and a hint of custard, itÕs tightly knit with assertive oak, finely textured and tightly focused, steadily building intensity towards the finish.
Elegant and stylish, this fruit-focused chardonnay has a creamy, buttery fragrance of peach, grapefruit and melon with undertones of vanilla and a hint of custard. ItÕs underpinned by a fine chalkiness, revealing a delicate, fluffy presence of pristine citrus, stonefruit and melon flavours knit seamlessly with gentle oak, lemony acids and a suggestion of butterscotch. Likely to age slowly and gracefully.
Restrained aromas of peach, melon and lemon backed by fresh scents of restrained vanilla oak and floral notes reveal a flour-like dustiness. Smooth and generous, its peaches and cream palate extends smooth and spotlessly clean with spicy ginger-like oak and toasty, nutty undertones towards a brightly lit and refreshing finish. ThereÕs more fruit richness and mainstream style in this Petaluma release.
Complex and spicy, with crystalline grapefruit, peach and melon fruit and creamy, buttery oak; long and briny.
Thin, greenish and simple confection red berry fruit with sour notes of tinned asparagus.

Very brown and pale with a simple, hollow and weedy palate. Long gone.
Simple, thin and vegetal and lacking fruit.
Powerful, if unsophisticated astringent dry red with a rich palate of intense minty red berry and plum flavours, a spicy, herby background and creamy vanilla oak.
