Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon 2000
A firm and full-bodied cabernet whose intense, slightly jammy expression of blackberries, cassis and red berry fruits and cedary oak is underpinned by a gravelly finish of sinewy tannin. Riper and more juicy than most Tahbilk reds, it does however finish with a hint of dried herbs.
