Devil’s Lair Fifth Leg White Blend 2014

Slightly sweaty and herbaceous aromas of peach melon and gooseberries precede a round juicy and forward palate whose intense flavours of passionfruit gooseberries and tropical fruits become rather broad towards the finish lacking tightness and freshness

Devil's Lair
Devil's Lair is a long-established Margaret River brand initially developed by wine, beer and hospitality entrepreneur Phil Sexton. Today, as Treasury Wine Estates' only significant Western Australian brand, it is expanding with the introduction of the high-end 9th Chamber wines (2011 Cabernet Sauvignon 94/100, drink 2023-2031) and the emerging The Hidden Cave and Dance with the Devil tiers of blended wines. Purity of focus and flavour are a consistent feature across the collection, which also features the popular Fifth Leg wines whose quality has just slipped a little.
