A creamy, juicy and vivacious chenin whose fragrant bouquet of green melon, lemon and creamy, nutty yeast-derived notes becomes more floral and scented with smoky, mineral undertones. Medium in weight, it's creamy and viscous, with an intense core of white peach and lemon backed by gentle oak and a yeast-derived creaminess, finishing with a mouthwatering acidity and steadily become more interesting, smoky and savoury.

The site is typically sandy and the wines it produces are fragrant and made to enhance perfume and flavour, perhaps in a style that is more European than traditional Australian.
