Here's a stylish, generous and finely honed Southern Rhone blend whose alluring bouquet of blackberries, beetroot, briar and blueberries reveals notes of raspberries, dark chocolates, roasting meats and animal hide. It's long, smooth and persistent, with a hint of dried fruits about its lingering core of flavour that finds itself wrapped by fine, drying tannins before finishing refreshing and savoury.
