Scented with creamy aromas of bakery yeast, vibrant notes of peach, melon and lemon zest, here's a long, smooth and complete sparkling Burgundy (yes it is!) made from chardonnay and pinot noir. It's crackly and crunchy, with a lingering core of mouthfilling peach and raspberry flavour, finishing with a clean, lively acidity. Easily served as an aperitif or with food.
