Outstanding for its price, here's a classically medium to fullish, textural and savoury southern Rhone blend of fine balance and structure. Complex and alluring, with a grenache-driven bouquet of floral aromas and briary red and blue fruits, it reveals some earthy and leathery development. Its long, juicy expression of blueberries, plums and cranberries is firm but pliant, finishing with refreshing acidity and a note of licorice.
