This unctuous, elegant and savoury white reveals that there can be more to fiano that most of us would be aware. Lifted by notes of spice and white flowers, its fragrance of pear, green apple skin and a whiff of nougat precedes a long, creamy palate supported by a fine, powdery spine. Its rich and lingering core of pear, apple and citrus blossom flavour is defly shaped by a refreshing acidity, finishing with a note of brine. Delicious.
