Adam Barton fashions a series of both traditional and innovative red and white table wines from sites in the Clare Valley and Barossa Valley in South Australia. The Riesling is sourced from a single patch of old dry-grown riesling vines managed according to organic and biodynamic principles and as my ratings indicate, I continue to be deeply impressed with them. The 2015 example is typically complex and layered.
