Chestnut Hill
Capable of some savoury, eye-catching Liberty Chardonnay, Chestnut Hill is one of AustraliaŐs better makers of sauvignon blanc, although the 2013 wine perhaps reflects the warmth of the season. The vineyardŐs style is typically dry, sculpted and mineral, with plenty of texture and a briny finish Đ about as far away from the popular notion of sweaty, grassy, sweet and oily sauvignon blanc as you can get.
