Bellwether
Sue Bell bases her winemaking, hospitality and glamping activities at the wonderful old Glen Roy Shearing Shed, which was designed by William Thomas Gore and built by Chinese labourers en-route to the Victorian gold fields. While most of the wines are sourced from regions outside Coonawarra, the company's flagship is certainly its Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, of which the current vintage is 2013.
