Very polished, tight and refined, by far the best Paringa Shiraz since the remarkable 1993 edition. Deep, dark, complex and spicy wild berry/cassis fruit match pronounced mocha barrel ferment characters and scents of spicy cinnamon, cloves, white and black pepper. Long, elegant and supple, with superbly tight-knit tannins.
