Granite Hills
Granite Hills is one of the cooler and later-ripening vineyard sites on mainland Australia. Its fully mature vineyard has the proven ability to produce heady, aromatic Rieslings of deep floral aromas, piercing intensity and mineral undertones, which can rate amongst the very finest grown in this country. Furthermore, when it hits perfect balance and ripeness, there are very few Australian cool-climate Shirazes able to rival the elegant, peppery and savoury wine of Granite Hills. As recent vintages show, the Chardonnay can be lustrous and finely tuned.
