Aggressive WA-based winemaker Xanadu Wines has reported an increase in sales revenue of 125% to 8.1 million, but a 66% decline in profits to just A$215,000 for the first half of the year. Chief executive Andrew Moore attributes the decline to one-off costs associated with the purchase of Normans Wines and Next Generation Wines in 2002.
