White Wine is Good for your Lungs

The smaller antioxidants found in white wines are apparently able to get into lung tissue more easily than those from red wines, making white wine the only type of wine significantly linked with better lung function. This news was published by Dr Holger Schunemann’s team at the Department of Medicine at the State University of New York, Buffalo, USA. So it’s no longer the case that red wine is necessarily better for you than white.
