The merger between Simeon Wines and Brian McGuigan Wines has received the go-ahead from the South Australian Supreme Court. The A$436 million merger will create Australia’s fourth-largest listed wine company, equally controlled by Simeon and McGuigan directors. The new entity will be three times larger than the next-largest Australian wine producer.
