Yarra Burn
Today Yarra Burn remains entirely focused on its sparkling wines which are made by the hands of the exceptional Ed Carr. Sourced from Yarra Valley fruit, they offer delightful intensity and freshness, plus some artfully integrated complexity. The vintage wines in particular offer great value for money. Sadly, the 2007 RosŽ has been almost entirely stripped by smoke taint.
