Seville Estate
Seville Estate crafts some of the more elegant, complex and alluring Yarra Valley table wines, sourced from the mature vineyard initially planted in 1972 by Dr Peter McMahon as well as fruit from the neighbouring site. The wines are very restrained but reveal deep, pristine flavours and the kind of natural acid balance that only cool sites can really develop. Now under new ownership, but with the retained winemaking skills and commitment of Dylan McMahon, the founder's grandson, Seville Estate appears set to flourish.
