A complex, alluring and very grown-up sauvignon blanc, this is very much a wine that has been made as much in the winery as in the vineyard. It’s floral, mineral, herbal and with a creamy, nougat-like underswell beneath its ripe lychee, gooseberry and floral aromas. ROund and generous, it extends with length and creamy, saline and mineral complexity down a slatey backbone towards a savoury, drying and refreshing finish. It needs time to breathe and to reveal its balance and purity.
