It’s perhaps an unlikely source of recognition for Len Evans, but the Until Recently Chairman of Virtually Everything to do with Wine, AO, OBE, has been named as a legend by the Winemakers of Rutherglen. While he is more closely associated with the wines of the Hunter Valley, Evans has long championed Rutherglen’s incomparable fortified wines.
