Complex and complete, with a generous core of fruit revealing plenty of toasty, buttery influences, nuances of grilled nuts and a hint of the oyster shell-like aspect still sought after in premier Chablis. There’s some pleasing creaminess and nuttiness, a delightfully intense core of grapefruit/tangerine and lemon-like fruit, wonderful length and drive, plus a refreshing and slightly brittle acidity to finish. Excellent.
