Fermented and matured in older oak, it’s vivacious and zesty, unfolding a delightful perfume of fresh pear, green apple skin, white flowers, lime juice and a faint, creamy, nutty aspect. Long, smooth and creamy, it’s evenly paced, artfully layered and underpinned by a fine slatey spine, finishing with an off-dry level of sweetness defly balanced by mouthwatering acids. Beautifully alive and balanced.
