A juicier, modern expression of Eden Valley riesling with some Alsatian pretensions. Its delicate, earthy perfume of apple juice and dusty floral aromatics precedes an almost oily, textured and creamy palate of length and an underlying chalkiness as regionality appears to cut in about half-way down. Its finish is clean and tight, with light phenolics cleaned up by lemon/lime acids. (Eden Valley 18.2, drink 2009-2012+)
