While relocating to Melbourne from the Blue Mountains, Ross Dunning encountered problems storing his wine cellar. This trail of frustration that eventually led to his creation of Liquid Assets, which offers excellent wine storage conditions, computerised cellar records, an as yet limited range of maturing retail wines, assistance with hard-to-source wines and a modern function facility which doubles as a gallery space.
