2021 was a fabulous season for chardonnay on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula and one of the region’s very finest examples is the taut, mineral and profoundly flavoured Eocene Chardonnay from Scorpo, which Jeremy is now tasting with owner Paul Scorpo.
