Peccavi still remains a secret to all but the keenest of wine enthusiasts, so Jeremy spent time talking with its founder, Jeremy Muller, looking at some of the property’s key sites, tasting wines, checking out ferments of the country’s best merlot and learning how it was that a Singapore-based manager of a financial desk has come to create a model wine operation that will capture the attention of the world.
