The collapsed Hill Group, which has accumulated debts of $34 million, is nearly ready to name buyers for its Fern Hill Estate, Marienberg and Basedow wineries, which are reportedly being bought by separate companies. Cranswick Premium Wines, which is distributed in Australia by Hill International, is seeking a new distributor. Sales through Hill International represented around 6% of its turnover.
