Divine Magazine

Divine is a specialist food and wine magazine unafraid to put an alternate view. Brainchild of publisher and editor Andrew Wood, it presents a bright mix of food and wine ideas and news from a mix of contributors. The wine reviews do tend towards the hyperbolic and occasionally cover superceded or sold-out vintages, but the contributors’ enthusiasm is frequently infectious. The publication is breezy and energetic, but the excitement can overflow into lines like: ‘Please buy my book! I’m absolutely certain you’ll go crazy over it’ by Contributing Editor Max Allen, while reviewing his own work. Otherwise, Divine presents food-related content which is interesting, current and informative, especially if you’re really keen about keeping on top of the trends.
