Coles Myer buys Theo’s in NSW

Coles Myer, has acquired the 49 retail outlets and four hotels operated by Theo’s in New South Wales New South Wales stores of the Theo’s liquor store chain considerably less than the A$300m first quoted for the deal. Negotiations are still current for the Queensland elements of Theo’s business. Coles Myer’s liquor outlets now number 591 nationally.
