BRL Hardy’s US joint venture with Constellation Brands, Pacific Wine Partners, has bought the St Francis Winery in Sonoma County. The facility will be used as a production centre and hospitality focus for PWP’s Blackstone brand, which it acquired in 2001 for A$290 million. PWP also owns the Farallon brand in the US Central Coast, plus a 24,000 tonne winery and 570 ha of vineyards in California’s Monterey County.
