BRL Hardy has gone some way to placating the large number of grape growers who claim to have discovered after delivery of fruit to the wine producer that it would cut payments to those who supplied a larger quantity than estimated. This decision has been reversed, but only for certain growers within the CCW group, leaving around 200 still affected. The Murray Valley Winegrape Growers Council has taken the issue to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
