Griffith-based De Bortoli Wines has opened its new William Bull brewery near its winery and headquarters at Bilbul. Having acquired the assets of the old Horizon Company, a brewery based at Tatura, near the Victorian town of Shepparton, De Bortoli coaxed brewer John Georgiou to accompany the equipment to its new home. The William Bull beer is presently only sold as draught.
