Seppelt Sunday Creek Pinot Noir 1996 has just collected three trophies at the Royal Sydney Wine Show. This single vineyard wine from Drumborg in south-western Victoria was named the best red table wine for less than $15, the best medium-bodied dry red in the show and the best varietal pinot noir. Although stocks are dwindling in the retail and restaurant markets, you may still find this elegant, smoky and refined wine with attractive sweet fruit flavours for around $15 in stores and $25 in restaurants. Fine drinking for the price!
