Michael Hill Smith MW has put his Adelaide institution, The Universal Wine Bar in Rundle St, on the market. One hopes that the restaurant will end up in sympathetic hands, since it’s been a ‘must visit’ of mine in Adelaide during its decade of business. Can’t find your favourite wine?
If your favourite wines aren’t showing up, leave it to us! We’ll let you (and Jeremy) know when we’ve added the wines to our system, so that your recommendations are spot on.
