Andrew Thomas has fashioned a stable of distinctive Hunter wines from its traditional varieties of shiraz and semillon. What makes them unique is their obvious association with benchmarks from the past, their highly polished, spotless nature and balance, plus something a little less tangible and ethereal that makes them completely delicious.
