Joe Grilli has evolved a typically eclectic mix of wines such as the La Magia Riesling, Sparkling Red, Nebbiolo and the Double Pruned cabernet under his Joseph label which reflect his unique creativity, artistic flair and technical competence. Of particular note today is the emerging mid-priced bracket of Primo Estate wines such as the Zamberlan blend, the Shale Stone Shiraz and the consistently delicious Il Briccone, each of which reflect Grilli's personal European spin on the expression of Australian terroir.
